These terms and conditions applies to the Daily Bread app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Team Less But Better (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Application collects and processes the following types of data:
- Personal Reflection Data: Any text you voluntarily enter as personal reflections or meditations within the Application. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers without your explicit consent.
- Usage Analytics: The Application uses Amplitude Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics, including app interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the Application's functionality and user experience.
- Advertising Data: The Application integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) which may collect device identifiers and advertising IDs for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements.
- Device Information: Basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support and compatibility purposes.
Data Collection and Usage
- Purpose: Data is collected to provide the Application's core functionality, improve user experience, and serve relevant advertisements.
- Storage: Personal reflection data is stored locally on your device. Analytics and advertising data may be transmitted to third-party services.
- Retention: Personal reflection data is retained until you delete the Application or manually delete the data. Analytics data is retained according to the third-party service providers' policies.
- Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including local encryption for sensitive personal data.
User-Generated Content
By using the Application, you acknowledge that:
- You retain ownership of any personal reflection content you create within the Application.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create and share within the Application.
- You grant the Service Provider a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's services.
